Innovate Logistics are delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Young to the position of the Innovate Group’s Chief Executive Officer. Following his appointment Mike announced his commitment to strengthening the group’s senior team, which forms part of an overall programme of change that Innovate are undertaking to position the company for future stability, growth and to enable continued investment in the business.

As part of the senior teams’ appointment we are pleased to announce that John Stitchman has accepted the position of Commercial Director. John will also be deputy CEO and will support Mike with the day to day management of the business.

Dave Bennett will be Managing Director – (Frozen) and Tim Bolam will be Managing Director – (Chill & Ambient). Both have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the logistics business and we are sure they will be an asset to the top table.

William Wardrop and David Walsh are joining us in the positions of Group Finance Director and HR Director respectively. Both of them have been in consultant / interim roles with us and have proven experience at senior level.

Most recent addition to the team is Gareth Cutts as IT director. He is excited by the opportunity he has been offered to make a contribution to the development of Innovate and by the prospect of leading an IT team that will truly serve the needs of the business.
