Hot cross buns, chocolate eggs and roast ham are synonymous with the Easter season. This year Innovate Logistics is pulling all the stops to ensure the nation’s retailers are fully stocked with traditional Easter goods.

In preparation for Easter 2006, Innovate will store and despatch approaching 100,000 2-2.5kg hams, two million chocolate eggs and eight and a half million hot cross buns to major supermarket chains across the UK. Processing such massive volumes requires transparency to forecast demand and remain flexible to respond to customer requirements. Working in close partnership with customers, Innovate ensures seamless delivery from manufacturer to retailer so consumers are guaranteed the products they want in time for Easter Sunday.
